Air cleanliness shouldn't be taken lightly, especially in instances where offensive dusts or fumes may cause injury or offensive to the public or individuals. Proper preventive measures should be taken to protect and prevent any accumulation or inhalation by any individuals.

Our company offers comprehensive testing, certification and servicing of chemical fume hoods that are executed in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), all of which are updated to remain compliant with current federal and international industry standards and guidelines. Our hygiene technicians, who are registered with the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), conduct Inspection, Testing and Examination of LEV and GEV for the following systems:

  • EXHAUST VENTILATION SYSTEM
  • SPRAY BOOTH
  • DUST COLLECTOR
  • GENERAL VENTILATION SYSTEM

Aside from that, we also provide consultation and guidance on the development of fume hood testing protocols to support airflow reduction and energy conservation efforts.

According to USECHH Reg.2000., which covers control measures for the Application of Engineering Control Equipment, employers should inspect the LEV and GEV at intervals not longer than once per month and the LEV and GEV system should be examined and tested for its effectiveness by Industrial hygienist at intervals not longer than 12 months.

Where an CHRA assessment indicates health surveillance is necessary, an employer shall carry out a health surveillance program and medical surveillance carried out by an occupational health doctor.

For chemicals hazardous to Health that are listed in schedule II, medical surveillance is required at intervals not longer than 12 months.
